Ok so technically its my 9 year old sisters but im doing all the work. Its her birthday gift from me and my way of teaching her
So far its just a cheap tank and hood and a hob filter i had laying around I will be upgrading the junk led soon to something a bit better but still cheap. I got it scaped with some old dry rock i had laying around.
Cleaned the rock today, scaped and glued up a cool little arch.
Dry (the water is from my tank because i scooped sand to start the cycle)
And shes filled and foggy
Let the wait begin
Ultimately i figured im gonna put a yellow clown goby in or a shrimp for her. Open to suggestions
Its gonna get trimmings from my anthelia, mushrooms, etc maybe a hammer or something like that later Nothing fancy. Its suppossed to be low tech, low stress, and low maintainence(well as much as a small tank like this can be). She is used to daily top off checks (i drew a line when this was her betta tank and if it drops below she adds water). Plus its something we can work in together and both enjoy
