water movement: 3 mp40's(2 upgraded to quite drives) and a gyre 150

return pump: jabeo dc

T5 if you ask me. Radion's might look cleaner but I missed my T5's when I had Radion's. Just not the same.

Seeing David's light fixture I'm considering going with a hybrid. I had one on one of my old builds.

Do it man, its the best of both worlds.  I have my leds as a 50/50 blue/white which is about a 14k.  I ramp it up mid day so my corals get a strong blast of that specrum for growth/shimmer with the T5's giving you that perfect coverage and color.  Can't go wrong.

22f6ea19a3af492c4280424086ddaf68.jpg finished all the plumbing and fixed the leaks. I'm going to let it run for a couple of hours. Next thing to do is bring my salinity up to 1.025, it's currently at 1.018.
